Onondaga County is required to comply with Treasury’s Compliance and Reporting Guidance and meet compliance & reporting responsibilities defined in the Final Rule, which includes submitting mandatory periodic reports to Treasury.   Each year the county is required to submit an annual Recovery Plan Performance report and quarterly, a  Project & Expenditure Report.
